For optimal results, set your heat press to 410℉ (210℃) for 40 seconds (this is a reference; the exact settings may vary based on your heat press quality). You can purchase sublimation paper, ink, and heat press machines from the MR.R online store.
3. Prepare the Cap: Trim the sublimation paper and position it on the cap's white top. Secure the paper in place using MR.R heat-resistant tape.
4. Transfer the Image: Utilize the MR.R cap heat press or a combo heat press machine to transfer your image onto the cap.
