Instructions for Heat Transfer onto the Sublimation Blank Cap
To personalize your MR.R Sublimation Cap, follow these steps:

1. Select Your Design: Choose a print design from your computer.

2. Prepare Your Print: Use an EPSON or Sawgrass sublimation ink printer to print your design on MR.R 105gsm Premium Sublimation heat transfer paper. Recommended settings for temperature and time are 410°F (210°C) for 40 seconds. (Note: These settings are references based on MR.R heat presses; exact parameters may vary depending on the heat press used.)

3. Cut and Position: Cut the sublimation paper and position it on the cap's white top. Secure it using MR.R heat-resistant tape.

4. Heat Transfer: Utilize the MR.R cap heat press or a combo heat press machine to transfer the image onto the cap.
